Most Improved Player (Nomination open to ALL team members)
This player has made a personal commitment to get better with each day of the season. Rather than “going
through the motions”, he makes a deliberate effort to focus his mind and body in such a way that training is more
than something he does, it is something that changes him. His commitment actually shows in his notable
improvement from the beginning of the season.

JV Player of the Year (Nomination open to ALL JV or double-rostered team members):
This player would recognize that any success he had this season was due to the support of his teammates. His performance, while an integral part of a team, made him stand out in a certain way that all the team would share the sentiment, “He is a play-
maker, a critical piece of our team, a pivotal player.”
Work-Horse Award (NOMINATION OPEN TO: All TEAM MEMBERS)
This player may or may not get game-playing time, but you can not miss the fact that his effort in training is
consistently high. His work-ethic is not only admirable, but a model that inspires his teammates to try harder.
